Creative Minds Workshop
We’re planning an art workshop for school children in the Nikaweratiya area of Kurunegala District. Around 50 students will take part, giving them space to try out painting, learn a few basic techniques, and express themselves freely in a relaxed setting.
Education Support Drive
This project will start a financial aid program for children living in severe poverty in Ampara. Many of these children cannot attend school because they lack basic necessities. We want to give them essentials like school uniforms and bags so they can attend school and work toward a better future.
Ocean Care Initiative
Sri Lanka’s marine environment is under increasing pressure from plastic and other waste. This project will be carried out in collaboration with the Indian Ocean Strategic Research Centre, a think tank that works on environmental and policy issues related to the Indian Ocean region. The focus is on building awareness of marine pollution and encouraging simple, practical actions to protect the ocean and marine life.
Building a Greener Mindset
A series of workshops for schoolchildren is designed to raise awareness of global warming and climate change. The programme will introduce the importance of renewable energy and encourage young people to think more sustainably about the future.
